END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Purpose and permitted media

Denton Vinyl, operated by Denton BBQ LLC, is a personal physical-media collection catalog. Collections may contain only media formats supported by the platform, including vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, 8-tracks, DVDs, Blu-rays, 4K UHD discs, VHS and LaserDiscs, plus any additional media types expressly enabled in Denton Vinyl. A supported format does not make every kind of content acceptable.

Prohibited collections and content

You must not use Denton Vinyl to catalog, store, promote, share, distribute or facilitate pornography, sexually explicit material intended for arousal, or illegal items or material. Content involving sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited. You must not upload unlawful images, descriptions or links, or use collections to facilitate illegal activity. Items outside our supported physical-media categories are also prohibited, even if otherwise lawful.

Authentic, lawful artwork associated with legitimate music and film releases is permitted even when it contains nudity, including full nudity, mature themes or age-restricted imagery. Nudity alone is not a violation. The scanner must not treat nudity detection by itself as grounds to reject a legitimate album or film cover. Pornographic DVDs, Blu-rays, or other media are prohibited. Any title carrying an X or XXX rating is prohibited, regardless of physical format. Pornographic collections, unlawful material and content involving sexual exploitation remain prohibited. Denton Vinyl may review context and enforce these rules reasonably.

Your responsibilities

You must have the necessary rights to upload any images, titles, descriptions and other materials. You are responsible for content added through manual entry, scanning, import, connected catalogs and invited collaborators. Do not attempt to evade media restrictions through misleading categories or descriptions.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review reported content or account activity to enforce these rules. If we reasonably believe an account violates this agreement, threatens the platform or breaks applicable law, we may remove prohibited content, restrict collection sharing, suspend access, or terminate the account. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without advance notice where lawful. Where practical, we may provide an opportunity to appeal by contacting support.

Warnings, suspension and review

For most policy violations, Denton Vinyl may send a warning describing what must be corrected. The member normally has 14 calendar days to correct the issue or appeal. If unresolved, an administrator may approve suspension and preserve the collection for another 14 days. Following that period, an administrator may review permanent termination and deletion; neither suspension nor deletion occurs automatically. Serious illegal content or urgent security threats may justify immediate suspension following administrator review. Appeals under active review may pause enforcement, and any required legal or billing retention still applies.

Account and data deletion

If an account is terminated, its collections and uploaded assets may be permanently deleted, subject to required billing, legal, security or dispute-related retention and applicable privacy laws. Users may request closure and deletion through support. Data deletion may be irreversible, so export lawful collection information before voluntarily closing an account.

License and other terms

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Denton Vinyl in accordance with this agreement and our Terms & Conditions. You retain ownership of your original uploaded content; you grant Denton Vinyl permission to process it to operate the service. This EULA works together with the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
