Agreement and service

By creating an account or using Denton Vinyl, you agree to these terms. Denton Vinyl, operated by Denton BBQ LLC, provides a collection-management platform and may offer optional integrations, memberships and merchandise.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and activity on your account. You must not use bots, bulk scraping, unauthorized access, spam or other harmful activities. We may restrict accounts involved in misuse or security threats.

Memberships and collection limits

Current personal plans are Free (250 copies), Collector ($2.95/month, 1,000), Enthusiast ($4.95/month, 3,000) and Archivist ($9.95/month, 9,999). Plan details, availability and taxes are shown before subscription checkout. Each physical copy counts toward the account owner’s limit across their owned collections. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Trial eligibility, duration, required payment method, renewal and cancellation terms are those disclosed at checkout.

Advertising by membership

The Free membership may show clearly identified advertisements or sponsorships when this feature launches. Collector, Enthusiast, and Archivist memberships are ad-free. Optional tracking is governed by the Privacy Policy and your privacy choices. No third-party ad network is activated at this time.

Downgrades and cancellation

You can cancel through the available subscription management controls. Canceling does not automatically delete your saved collection; adding copies may be restricted if your inventory exceeds the remaining plan allowance. Keep independent backups of important records.

Your content and sharing

You retain rights to original content you upload. You grant us permission to host and process it as needed to operate requested features. You must have the right to upload and share content. If you publish a collection or invite collaborators, their access is subject to the sharing permissions you choose.

Acceptable use and permitted media

Collections must contain only Denton Vinyl-supported physical media. Pornography, illegal items or content, and items outside supported media types are prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or account termination, including deletion of collections, subject to applicable law. See our End User License Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Discogs and third-party services

External catalogs, data, artwork, availability, matching and sync results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Third-party terms and rate limits apply. We may change, pause or remove integrations if required for compliance or reliability.

Merchandise

Merchandise availability, shipping coverage and totals are shown during checkout. Current delivery plans are limited to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Payment, shipping and refund terms are described in our separate policies. Checkout may remain unavailable during development.

Availability, liability and changes

We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect identification or permanent integration availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We may update terms with notice as required.
