THE PERSON BEHIND DENTON VINYL

Denton Vinyl is built and operated by Jeff through Denton BBQ LLC. If you have a question about your collection, an import or the app, there is a named person you can contact.
Why Denton Vinyl exists
A record is in your hand at the store. You recognize the title, but you cannot remember whether it is already on your shelf — or whether the copy at home is a different pressing or format. Denton Vinyl is built around answering that question before you bring home another copy.
The catalog follows the collection across vinyl, CDs, cassettes, 8-tracks, DVDs and Blu-rays. Each physical copy has its own place, with format and edition details that matter when you are deciding what to keep or buy next. Search by title, look up a cover or barcode, and check what you own while you are still standing in front of the bins.
If your records are already in Discogs, you can preview and import the entries you choose with a Collector membership or higher. Syncing is manual. You can also build your catalog without a Discogs account. The point is to make the shelf easier to check, browse and share, while keeping your collection data available to export.
